I have bought this laptop online then they called me telling me we will cancel it for you because it's out of stock, then I called them a few days later saying that it's still in the website, they said sorry please order it again and we will make sure you receive it	-Books: It has just a "decent" collection of English books, but if you are looking for new stuff then go to Virgin Store

They were not ready to listen or belive.

I also a child with a rocket launcher and a goat being killed as a sacrifice to the Allah, no idea what that is	A few days later they called me saying sorry we cannot fo anything it's out of stock again

Many times my experience was bad with the after sales policy.
